Venus Retrograde 2026 Reflection and Tracking Guide

Astrology is the hypothesis. Your life is the data.

What does Venus retrograde actually look like in your life?

Start with your chart and what's already happening. How are you using your resources? Who usually makes the plans? What do you enjoy, and are you making time for it? Which of these topics connect with the houses Venus rules in your chart?

This 42-page digital workbook helps you work through those questions, choose a few things to watch, and record what happens during the 2026 Venus retrograde.

You don’t need to make something happen because Venus is retrograde. You don’t owe the transit a transformation story.
Inside the guide
Get to know your natal Venus: its sign, house, ruler, condition and connections with other planets.
Explore your 2nd house: look at money and resources through its traditional ruler, without assuming Venus explains every financial event.
Map the cycle in your chart: find your Scorpio and Libra houses and select relevant natal contacts.
Record your starting point: document what existed before the retrograde so you have something to compare.
Write a few hypotheses: decide what you expect, what would support it, and what would make you reconsider.
Track your experience: keep events, feelings, actions and interpretations separate.
Look back afterward: compare repeated contacts, consider other explanations, and keep the null results too.

You’ll also find worked examples, optional stewardship questions, reference pages, and a tracking method you can use with future transits.

Who this is for:
This guide is for people who know some basic astrology and want help putting their own chart together. You don’t need to be an advanced student. If you don’t know a detail yet, write “unknown” and keep going.

The foundation is Tropical astrology, Whole Sign Houses and traditional rulerships. Optional modern psychological reflection is clearly labeled.
