Hi, I’m Shaunice the writer, astrologer, gardener, and baker behind Petite Poule Rousse. This is my creative home for grounded astrology, thoughtful writing, growing things, and small-batch baking. My work is rooted in curiosity, independent study, faith, lived experience, and the belief that useful wisdom should help us notice our patterns without surrendering our agency. Through Astrology Nerds, the Journal, the garden, and the bakery, I share what I’m learning and create practical resources for people who want to understand life more deeply and live it more intentionally.
How I hold Space
I hold space by offering context, reflection, and practical tools. Not certainty, fear, or answers that take your authority away. Astrology can help us observe cycles and name what is moving, but it does not remove free will. My approach is grounded and honest: notice the pattern, understand what it reveals, and choose what supports the life you are building.
